These Terms of Service govern your use of Livára (livara.gr), a platform for verified reviews and information about live music events in Greece. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By signing up you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or guardian's permission.
You are responsible for keeping your account secure. You may only hold one account. Your username (handle) must not impersonate another person, brand, or artist. We reserve the right to reclaim handles that are misleading or abusive.
Your account is personal and non-transferable. Do not share your credentials.
Livára is built on honest, first-hand accounts of real events. By posting a review or check-in you confirm that:
We will remove content that violates these rules and may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly breach them.
You retain ownership of what you write. By posting on Livára you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, distribute, and promote your content as part of the service. This licence ends if you delete your account, but note that your reviews will remain as anonymised "Deleted User" entries per our Privacy Policy.
The Livára name, logo, design, and all platform code are our property. Event information, setlists, and price-history data we compile are ours or licensed from third parties. You may not reproduce or republish them without permission.
We aim to keep Livára available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may take the platform down for maintenance, update content, or change features at any time. We will do our best to give advance notice of significant changes.
Livára links to ticketing sites, streaming services, and social media. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties.
Past-edition lineups, dates, and ticket prices are compiled from public sources and may not be fully accurate or up to date. We provide this information for reference only and make no warranty as to its accuracy. Always confirm dates and prices with the official organiser before buying. Livára is not responsible for third-party listings or for any decision you make based on this data.
To the maximum extent permitted by Greek and EU law, Livára is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, including losses based on the accuracy of reviews or event information posted by other users.
Reviews represent the personal opinion of the user who wrote them, not a statement of fact by Livára.
You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Danger zone. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. On termination, your personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, it will be submitted to the courts of Athens, Greece.
We may update these terms as the product grows. We will notify registered users by email of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance.
